Sec. 504.328. UNITED STATES NAVY SEALS. The department shall issue specialty license plates for members of the United States armed services who have been awarded the Special Warfare Insignia. The license plates must include: (1) the words "Navy SEALs"; and (2) a depiction of the United States Navy Special Warfare Insignia.
