Sec. 504.157. EXAMINATION RESULTS; REEXAMINATION. (a) The department shall notify each examinee of the results of the examination not later than the 45th day after the date the examination is administered. (b) If requested by an applicant who fails the examination, the department shall furnish the applicant with an analysis of the applicant's performance on the examination. (c) An applicant who fails the examination may take a subsequent examination on payment of the required examination fee. (d) The executive commissioner by rule shall establish the criteria under which an applicant may take a subsequent examination under Subsection (c).
