Sec. 503.305. LICENSE EXAMINATION. (a) The executive council shall administer examinations to determine the competence of qualified applicants at least twice each calendar year. (b) The executive council shall contract with a nationally recognized testing organization to develop and administer a written professional counselor licensing examination to applicants who apply for a license under this chapter.
