Sec. 502.254. LICENSE EXAMINATION. (a) Each applicant for a license under this chapter must pass an examination described by Section 502.252 (b)(3). (b) An applicant for a license as a licensed marriage and family therapist associate under Section 502.252 (b) must: (1) file an application on a form prescribed by the executive council not later than the 90th day before the date of the examination; and (2) pay the examination fee. (c) The examination consists of a written examination. (d) The executive council shall have any written portion of an examination validated by an independent testing professional.
