Sec. 501.503. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person engages in the practice of psychology or represents that the person is a psychologist in violation of this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. (c) Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense.
