Sec. 50.0151. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Account" means the trafficked persons program account established under Section 50.0153 . (2) "Department" means the Department of Family and Protective Services. (3) "Grant program" means the trafficked persons grant program established under Section 50.0155 .
