Sec. 5.364. RECEIPT AND USE OF MARKET DATA. (a) The commission may receive market data that is voluntarily provided by a licensee or permittee under this code. (b) The commission may only use the market data received under Subsection (a) for the commission's law enforcement purposes. The commission may not use the data to create a database of information containing individually identifying information.
