Sec. 5.311. DELEGATION OF RESPONSIBILITY. (a) The commission may delegate to an administrative law judge of the State Office of Administrative Hearings the responsibility to hear any matter before the commission. (b) Except as provided in Subsection (a), the administrative law judge shall report to the commission on the hearing in the manner provided by law.
