Sec. 499.103. NOTICE TO INMATES. (a) The director of the institutional division shall prominently display in areas accessible to inmates housed in a unit for which the staff has recommended an increase in capacity copies of the recommendation and findings accompanying the recommendation. (b) The board shall establish a process by which inmates may comment on the recommendations and ensure that a written summary of inmate comments is available to each individual or entity that makes a determination under this subchapter.
