Sec. 499.001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Community residential facility" means a facility under contract with the department under Section 508.119 or another facility or residence approved by the department. (2) "Eligible inmate" means an inmate in the actual physical custody of the institutional division for whom a presumptive parole date has been established by a parole panel. (3) "Pre-parolee" means an eligible inmate of whom the parole division has assumed custody. (4) "Presumptive parole date" means a date specified by a parole panel under Section 508.151 on which an inmate's parole release is to become effective.
