Sec. 493.151. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to: (1) a trust that is used to qualify for a reinsurance credit under Section 493.102 (a)(3) and as described by Sections 493.1036 (e) and (f); and (2) the assuming insurer that maintains the trust fund.
