CONSOLIDATED TAXING DISTRICT

Sec. 49.255. CONSOLIDATED TAXING DISTRICT. A consolidated taxing district is a school district established for the limited purpose of exercising the taxing power authorized by Section 3 , Article VII, Texas Constitution, and distributing the revenue to its component school districts.
