Sec. 487.203. ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to receive money from the department, a medically underserved community must: (1) apply for the money; and (2) provide evidence satisfactory to the office that it has entered into an agreement with a physician for the physician to provide primary care in the community for at least two years.
