Sec. 481.452. MICRO-BUSINESS RECOVERY FUND. (a) The micro-business recovery fund is a dedicated account in the general revenue fund. (b) Appropriations for the implementation and administration of this subchapter and any other amounts, including federal allocations, received by the bank or state under this subchapter shall be deposited in the fund. (c) Money in the fund may be appropriated only to the bank for use in carrying out the purposes of this subchapter.
