Sec. 481.205. RULES; REPORTS. (a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules necessary for implementing the research program. (b) If the executive commissioner establishes a program under this subchapter, the commissioner shall publish a report not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year on the medical effectiveness of the use of tetrahydrocannabinols and their derivatives and any other medical findings of the research program.
