Sec. 481.166. LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS. The legislature finds that: (1) economic development programs and services are located in a number of state agencies; (2) businesses and communities need a single point of contact on business and community economic development programs and services; and (3) state agencies need to work together to provide outreach and assistance to local governments and businesses.
