Sec. 48.0021. REFERENCE TO COMMISSION OR EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER. Unless otherwise provided by a provision of this chapter, in this chapter: (1) a reference to the Health and Human Services Commission means the Department of Family and Protective Services; and (2) a reference to the executive commissioner means the commissioner of the Department of Family and Protective Services.
