Sec. 478.0108. DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF PLAN TO PREVENT TRAFFICKING OF PERSONS IN CONNECTION WITH EVENT. The office of the attorney general may: (1) distribute the plan required by Section 478.0051 (b)(5) to appropriate law enforcement agencies and the office of the governor; and (2) publish the plan on the Internet website of the office of the attorney general.
