Sec. 47.0183. TRANSPORTATION OF AQUATIC PRODUCTS; DISPLAY OF DOCUMENTS. (a) A person transporting aquatic products for commercial purposes commits an offense if: (1) the person does not possess the license or a copy of the license authorizing the commercial transportation; (2) the person does not keep with the aquatic product any document, including a tag, invoice, or bill of lading, that is required by this code or a regulation of the commission for transporting aquatic products; or (3) the person does not, on the request of a game warden, present to the game warden without delay a license, copy of a license, or document required by this code or a regulation of the commission for transporting aquatic products. (b) A culpable mental state is not required to establish an offense under this section.
