Sec. 469.204. EXAMINATION. (a) The executive director may administer separate examinations for applicants for certificates of registration to perform review functions, inspection functions, or both review and inspection functions. (b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728, Sec. 8.011, eff. September 1, 2005.
