Sec. 466.305. SALE OF TICKET ON CREDIT. (a) A sales agent or an employee of a sales agent commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly sells a ticket to another person by extending credit or lending money to the person to enable the person to purchase the ticket. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
