Sec. 466.251. TICKETS. (a) The executive director shall prescribe the form of tickets. (b) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, Sec. 2.72(b). (c) The overall estimated odds of winning a prize in a particular lottery game must be printed on each ticket and prominently displayed in association with the sale of lottery products. The estimate must be based on reasonable projections and past experience.
