Sec. 466.158. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE; RENEWAL. (a) Unless suspended or revoked, a license expires on the date specified in the license, which may not be later than the second anniversary of its date of issuance. (b) The commission shall adopt rules for the renewal of licenses. The director shall set the fee for a renewal of a license in an amount at least sufficient to cover the cost of processing the renewal. (c) A sales agent must file a renewal application and pay the renewal fee before the sales agent's license expires.
