Sec. 463.104. ASSOCIATION RECORDS. (a) The association shall maintain a record of each negotiation or meeting in which the association or the association's representative discusses the association's activities in carrying out the powers and duties under Section 463.101 , 463.103 , 463.109 , or 463.111 (c) or Subchapter F. (b) A record under Subsection (a) may be made public only on: (1) termination of a liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation proceeding involving the impaired or insolvent insurer; (2) termination of the impairment or insolvency of the insurer; or (3) order of a court. (c) This section does not limit the association's duty to report on the association's activities as required by Section 463.110 .
