Sec. 462.113. BOARD REPORT ON CONCLUSION OF INSOLVENCY. On the conclusion of the insolvency of a domestic insurer with respect to which the association was obligated to pay covered claims, the board may: (1) prepare a report on the history and causes of the insolvency, based on information available to the association; and (2) submit the report to the commissioner.
