Sec. 462.051. ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL ENTITY; MEMBERSHIP. (a) The Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association is a nonprofit unincorporated legal entity. (b) The association is composed of all member insurers. A member insurer must remain a member of the association as a condition of engaging in the business of insurance in this state.
