Sec. 460.053. RESOLUTION OR ORDER. After the hearing, the commissioners court may adopt a resolution or order: (1) designating the name of the authority; (2) stating that all land within the county shall be part of the authority; and (3) stating that the territory described in Subdivision (2) is subject to the authority based on the results of the confirmation election.
