Sec. 460.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Authority" means a coordinated county transportation authority created under this chapter. (2) "Balance of the county" means that part of the county that is outside the boundaries of a municipality with a population of 12,000 or more. (3) "Board of directors " means the governing body of the authority. (4) "Service plan" means an outline of the service that would be provided by an authority.
