Sec. 457.105. CONTRACTS; ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY AGREEMENT. (a) An authority may contract with any person and may accept a grant or loan from any person. (b) An authority may acquire rolling stock or other property under a contract or trust agreement, including a conditional sales contract, lease, and equipment trust certificate.
