Sec. 454.203. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT LICENSE. An applicant for an occupational therapist license or an occupational therapy assistant license must present evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has: (1) successfully completed the academic and supervised field work experience requirements of an educational program in occupational therapy recognized by the board, as provided by Section 454.204 ; and (2) passed an examination as provided by Section 454.207 .
