Sec. 454.106. LIST OF LICENSE HOLDERS. (a) The coordinator of occupational therapy programs shall maintain a list of the names of each person licensed under this chapter. (b) The list shall be open to public inspection at all times. (c) On March 1 of each year, the coordinator of occupational therapy programs shall transmit an official copy of the list to the executive council. (d) A certified copy of the list is admissible as evidence in a court of this state.
