Sec. 454.057. OFFICERS. (a) The governor shall designate a member of the board as the presiding officer of the board to serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the governor. (b) After the appointment of members every two years, the members of the board shall elect from among its members a secretary and other officers required to conduct the business of the board.
