Sec. 453.355. REISSUANCE OF LICENSE; ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER DENIAL. (a) On application by the person, the board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked. (b) An application to reinstate a revoked license: (1) may not be made before the 180th day after the date the revocation order became final; and (2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires. (c) On application by the person, the board may issue a license to a person whose license application has been denied. The application may not be made before the first anniversary of the date of the denial.
