Sec. 453.106. LIST OF LICENSE HOLDERS. (a) The secretary shall maintain a list of the names of each physical therapist licensed under this chapter. (b) The list shall be open to public inspection at all times. (c) On March 1 of each year, the coordinator of physical therapy programs shall transmit an official copy of the list to the executive council. (d) A certified copy of the list of license holders is admissible as evidence in a court of this state.
