Sec. 452.057. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT. (a) The presiding officer of the executive council is entitled to a per diem as provided by the General Appropriations Act for each day that the presiding officer engages in the business of the executive council. (b) A member of the executive council, other than the presiding officer, may not receive compensation for service on the executive council. A member may receive reimbursement for transportation expenses as provided by the General Appropriations Act. A member may not receive reimbursement for any other travel expenses, including expenses for meals and lodging.
