Sec. 45.257. CREDIT ENHANCEMENT ENDORSEMENT. (a) The commissioner shall endorse bonds approved for credit enhancement under this subchapter in substantially the same manner provided under Section 45.057 for endorsing bonds approved under Subchapter C. (b) The credit enhancement is not effective unless the attorney general approves the bonds under Section 45.005 .
