Sec. 45.057. GUARANTEE ENDORSEMENT. (a) The commissioner shall endorse bonds approved for guarantee with: (1) the commissioner's signature or a facsimile of the commissioner's signature; and (2) a statement relating the constitutional and statutory authority for the guarantee. (b) The guarantee is not effective unless the attorney general approves the bonds under Section 45.005 or 53.40 , as applicable.
