Sec. 448.056. MEETINGS; QUORUM; PUBLIC ACCESS. (a) The advisory commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places in this state the commission designates. (b) Five voting members of the advisory commission constitute a quorum for transacting advisory commission business. (c) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the advisory commission and speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the advisory commission.
