Sec. 448.052. TERMS. (a) Advisory commission members serve staggered six-year terms with the terms of three members expiring February 1 of each odd-numbered year. (b) An advisory commission member is eligible for reappointment to another term or part of a term. (c) An advisory commission member may not serve more than two consecutive terms. For purposes of this subsection, a member is considered to have served a term only if the member served two or more years of the member's term.
