Sec. 442.251. JURISDICTION. (a) The San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site is under the jurisdiction of the commission. (b) The San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site is a historic site for purposes of Subchapter C. Transferred, redesignated, and amended from Parks and Wildlife Code, Section 22.011 by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 178 (H.B. 1422 ), Sec. 7, eff. September 1, 2019.
