Sec. 441.225. ADMINISTRATION; RULES. (a) The director and librarian administers the consortium. The director and librarian shall employ a staff that is sufficient in number, education, and experience to achieve the purposes of the consortium. (b) The commission may adopt rules to govern the operation of the consortium.
