Sec. 441.205. APPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDERS. The following orders of the commissioner may be appealed under Subchapter D , Chapter 36 : (1) an order appointing a supervisor and providing that the insurer may not engage in certain acts as provided by Section 441.104 ; (2) an order appointing a conservator; and (3) an order following the review under Section 441.204 of an action of a supervisor or conservator.
