Sec. 441.1965. SALE OF REPLICAS FROM STATE ARCHIVES. (a) The commission may sell replicas of archival state records and other historical resources in its custody subject to the approval of the commission. (b) Money received from the sale of replicas under Subsection (a) shall be deposited to the credit of a dedicated account in the general revenue fund and may be appropriated only to the commission for the purposes of preservation, digitization, archives information services, and education.
