Sec. 441.188. MICROFILMED STATE RECORDS. (a) Any state record may be maintained on microfilm. (b) The microfilming of any state record and the maintenance of a state record on microfilm must be in accordance with standards and procedures adopted as administrative rules of the commission. (c) A microfilmed state record created in compliance with the rules of the commission is an original record and the microfilmed record or a certified copy of it shall be accepted as such by any court or administrative agency of this state. (d) A microfilmed state record that was produced in accordance with any state law in force before September 1, 1997, is considered an original record.
