Sec. 441.0945. DISPOSITION OF SCHEDULED RECORDS. (a) A county record may be destroyed if the record is listed on a valid records schedule and implementation plan and either its retention period has expired or it has been microfilmed or stored electronically in accordance with applicable law. (b) The retention period of a record as listed on the records schedule and implementation plan must be at least as long as the retention period for the record established on a records retention schedule issued by the commission. (c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (H.B. 1962 ), Sec. 20(a)(2), eff. September 1, 2019.
