Sec. 441.021. PETITION FEE. (a) The petition must be accompanied by a reasonable fee in an amount determined by the commission not to exceed $5,000. The commission may not refund the fee or any part of the fee. (b) The commission shall use the fee to pay costs of processing the petition.
