Sec. 438.207. SUBPOENA. (a) The advisory committee may compel by subpoena the attendance of a relevant witness at a hearing or the production for inspection or copying of a record that is relevant to the advisory committee's duties under this chapter. (b) The advisory committee, acting through the attorney general, may bring an action in a district court to enforce a subpoena issued under Subsection (a) against a person who fails to comply with the subpoena. (c) The court shall order compliance with the subpoena if the court finds that good cause exists to issue the subpoena.
