Sec. 438.044. APPLICATION FOR ACCREDITATION. (a) A person seeking accreditation for an education or training program must apply to the department for accreditation. The applicant must demonstrate to the department the contents of the course. (b) The department shall accredit a course that meets the minimum requirements of this subchapter.
