Sec. 437.310. TEXAS STATE GUARD UNIFORM AND INSIGNIA FUND. (a) A special revolving fund is established outside the state treasury to be known as the Texas State Guard uniform and insignia fund. The fund may be used only to purchase uniforms and insignia to be used by members of the Texas State Guard. The fund shall be administered in accordance with Section 437.211 . (b) The fund consists of: (1) donations made to the fund; (2) revenue received by the Texas State Guard from the sale of uniforms and insignia to members of the guard; (3) depository interest and investment income earned on money in the fund; and (4) money appropriated, credited, or transferred to the fund by the legislature. (c) If any part of the fund remains unexpended and unobligated at the end of the state fiscal year, that amount is dedicated for the same purposes in the subsequent year. Money in the fund may not be diverted for any other purpose. For expiration of this section, see Subsection (g).
