Sec. 437.157. LEASE OF PROPERTY. (a) In this section, "lease" includes a sublease. (b) After the analysis required under Section 437.163 (b), if applicable, the department may lease property to any person. (c) The law requiring notice and competitive bids does not apply to a lease under this section.
